The role
What you will do
- Build retrieval and extraction pipelines over client content
- Design evaluation harnesses and regression suites
- Implement guardrails, logging and cost controls
- Partner with consultants on use-case feasibility scoring
Requirements
What we look for
- 3+ years shipping ML or LLM applications to production
- Experience with evaluation methodology, not just prompting
- Solid software engineering fundamentals
- Awareness of privacy and regulatory constraints
