Refund & cancellation policy
How billing, cancellation and refunds work across our engagement models.

Scope
This policy applies to advisory, implementation and retainer engagements contracted directly with ORGIXA LLC. Where a signed statement of work specifies different commercial terms, that document prevails.
Deposits and milestones
Fixed-scope engagements are typically invoiced as an initiation deposit followed by milestone payments. Deposits secure delivery capacity and are non-refundable once discovery work has commenced.
Retainers
Monthly retainers are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Unused hours within a billing period do not roll over and are not refundable.
Cancellation by the client
You may cancel an engagement at any time in writing. You remain liable for work performed and third-party costs committed up to the cancellation date; any balance already paid beyond that amount is refunded within 30 days.
Cancellation by ORGIXA
If we are unable to deliver an engagement for reasons within our control, we will refund fees paid for undelivered work in full.
Disputes
Raise any invoice or delivery concern in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. We will review and respond within 10 business days and work with you toward a fair resolution before any escalation.
