Controller
For personal data submitted through this website, ORGIXA LLC is the data controller. Where we process personal data on behalf of a client during a consulting engagement, we act as a processor under the terms of that engagement's data processing agreement.
Lawful bases
We rely on legitimate interest to respond to business enquiries and evaluate job applications, consent for newsletter communications, and contractual necessity for the delivery of engaged services.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
International transfers
Our infrastructure is operated in the United States. Where personal data originates in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary technical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest.
Sub-processors
We engage a limited set of infrastructure and communication providers under written contracts requiring confidentiality, security controls and processing strictly on our documented instructions. A current list is available on request.
Retention and breach notification
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, application records for 12 months, and newsletter records until you unsubscribe. In the event of a personal data breach affecting your rights, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform affected individuals without undue delay.
Exercising your rights
Send requests to the contact details below. We respond within 30 days and may ask for information to verify your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
